Meet Sarah and Sabrina

Sarah Ewald has been a life-long resident of the Upper Keys, has been in the Real Estate business since 2003, and previously worked as a boat Captain, holding her Masters Captain's license, so she can appreciate the waterfront needs of her clients. It is important to be familiar with this area when buying waterfront property because of the shallow waters, narrow channels and bridge restrictions. If you are looking for waterfront property or have a boat, you need to be able to rely on an experienced, educated professional to help you make the right decision. Sarah also comes from a family of entrepreneurs, therefore welcoming challenges when faced with tough negotiating obstacles. She prides herself in being technologically savvy, which creates efficiency and helps bring buyers and sellers closer together during real estate transactions. Sarah currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Florida Keys MLS, is a member of the Matecumbe Historical Trust Corp, and also holds her Recreation and Resort Specialists designation.  Sarah is a big animal lover, enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and has been riding horses since she was a kid. She and her family reside in Islamorada.

Sabrina moved from North Georgia to the Florida Keys over 10 years ago and loves being able to live, work and play in the beautiful islands she now calls home.  Being married to a "Conch" (someone who was born and raised in the Keys) has helped Sabrina to truly appreciate the local land and waters and easily make her transition into the Upper Keys Community. Sabrina brings her southern charm to the Keys and her extensive Real Estate experience is a huge asset for the needs of her valuable clients. She recognizes that her customers are buying, not just a piece of land, but a lifestyle and she enjoys the joy of turning this dream into reality for many buyers and sellers.  She enjoys traveling (anywhere!) and spending time on the water or fishing with her husband on their charter boat, The Predator. There is always a smile in her voice and she is a "people person", which makes the often difficult task of buying or selling Florida Keys Real Estate a more pleasant experience. Sabrina believes there are no strangers, only friends she has not met yet. 

Sabrina and Sarah are members of the Islamorada Chamber of Commerce which allows them to give back and participate in their local community. Both have received the National Association of Realtors Green Designation and Short Sales and Foreclosure Certification to best meet the needs of today’s clientele. Sarah and Sabrina were recognized for being Moorings Realty Inc.’s 2009 Top Producers in both listings and sales and plan to continue this success by helping others to buy and sell the Florida Keys lifestyle which they both love.
