A Different Kind of Fan Mail...

I must send this email just to compliment the both of you for your tenacity. I receive your well put together missives weekly! I have not opted out of your site solely for that reason....your tenacity!! When I first contacted you things were different. I feel they will get even more different before I am going to jump in. However, being much older and having been in your position in the past, I just wanted to send you a word of encouragement. When it came time for my husband and I to buy our first home, we knew that Sarah was the person we should talk to. Sarah and Sabrina were very efficient, knowledgeable and professional during our search! We never felt pressured or pushed into something we weren't interested in, but at the same time Sarah surprised us with a showing of a house that we thought would be out of our range. It turned out to be the house we bought! This house was a short sale situation, so the hardest part of the entire process was the wait period. During that time Sarah did her best to keep us updated. We always felt that we were in good hands with Sarah and Sabrina, and we're very pleased with how everything turned out!

My husband and I wanted to buy a vacation home in the Keys, even though we currently live and work in another state. We were concerned about the logistics of doing this long distance — how many trips would we have to take to find a place, and once we found a place, how difficult would it be to pull off a closing from a 1000 miles away? Who would pay attention to all those annoying little details you have to worry about during the house buying process? Then we found Sarah and Sabrina, and we stopped worrying! They were terrific. When we came into town to look at houses, they spent the time up front to understand what we wanted, had everything lined up & were extremely organized. We found a house on the first visit, but couldn't agree with the seller on a price. Since they now knew what we were looking for, they watched out for another property for us. We trusted their judgment enough to put an offer on one sight unseen. They kept track of all the "to do" list all the way through the closing process, and we closed on time with no problems. We are now the happy owners of a house in Islamorada, and want to extend many thanks to both Sarah & Sabrina — they made the process a breeze, and we were thrilled with the result. I would recommend them to anyone looking for efficient, organized and knowledgeable realtors.
